Major Ore Generation Fix

This update fixes the main issue where many modded ores were not generating correctly inside the Mining Dimension.

What was fixed:

- Fixed modded ores failing to generate in the Mining Dimension.
- Fixed a flat-world generation caching problem that prevented updated biome ore features from being used correctly.
- Modded ores now generate properly in newly created Mining Dimension chunks.
- Improved compatibility with ore-generating mods.
- Confirmed working generation with Extreme Reactors Yellorite and many other modded ores during testing.
- AdLods compatibility remains supported.
- Draconic Evolution ore support remains included.
- Vanilla ores continue to generate normally alongside modded ores.
- Portal and return-portal behavior is unchanged.

Important for existing worlds:

Ore generation only happens when chunks are first created.

If you already have an existing Mining Dimension, you must either travel into new, unexplored chunks or reset the Mining Dimension to see the updated ore generation everywhere.

To fully reset the Mining Dimension, close Minecraft and delete this folder from your world save:

dimensions/easyminingdimensioncomplete/mining_dimension

WARNING:
Resetting the Mining Dimension will delete anything players have built or stored inside that dimension. Back up your world first.
