Easy Magic + Apotheosis Compat

- Performance: the enchanting table book now animates through its own block-entity ticker instead of scanning nearby blocks every tick. - Fixed: rerolling and reopening the table no longer reverts the enchantment offers (and no longer wastes the lapis/XP you spent). - Reroll costs now follow Easy Magic's own config (lapis + experience points) instead of a separate setting here. - The reroll button now shows its experience cost as well as the lapis cost. - Lapis fuel now orbits the table, matching Easy Magic. - Added a safety net so an in-progress item can never be lost when closing the table — it always ends up in the table or back in your inventory. - Your config updates automatically on launch; no manual changes needed.
