This mod is essentially be mod used on the Lifesteal SMP except for one thing. When you are at zero hearts, instead of getting banned, you start with absorbtion hearts that don't regenerate. this gives you a chance to build your health back up.
This mod is basically the mop used on lifesteal SMP except for a couple features. If you are unfamilar with this SMP, it is basically a server where if you die, You lose 1 heart and drop an heart item on the ground. when you use this heart, you gain 1 max hp. If you are bad at PvP, there is a crafting recipe for the heart, but it is very expensive. However, in this mod, the Hearts are slightly cheaper and when you would be banned, you get a bunch of absorbtion hearts that don't regenerate. this gives you a chance to build your hp back up.
