There are 6 naturally occurring fox skins (including the old one) that are picked at random when a fox is spawned.

Foxes can be tamed with bones and bread using raw or cooked rabbit.

When A fox is tamed it can be right-clicked with bonemeal by the owner to force the natural 'albino' texture, after this the fox can be click with cocoa beans to pick another 'natural' skin or with an appropriate dye to give it one of the 7 'non-natural' textures.

Dyes; Rose Red, Dandelion Yellow, Orange Dye, Lime Dye, Light Blue Dye, Lapis Lazuli, and Purple Dye.

These are the IDs for all the skins which can be applied via /entitydata [selector for fox(es)] {skin:ID}
