修复戴森球进度界面的结构材料数量显示异常。
统一太阳帆进度文本的本地化占位符与 UI 参数数量，避免基础模组与附属模组语言资源覆盖时出现 %/% 等错误显示。结构梁与太阳帆进度现在会稳定显示为“当前数量 / 需求数量”。

Fixed incorrect structure-material amount displays in the Dyson Sphere progress UI.
Unified the solar-sail localization placeholders with the UI argument count, preventing %/% and similar broken text when base-mod and addon language resources override each other. Beam and solar-sail progress now consistently display as “current amount / required amount.”
