Changes since 0.11.14:

### Weather
- There is now almost always a light breeze outdoors (about 3–22 km/h) even without a storm; only indoors is it calm.
- More cloud variety: small flat fair-weather clouds and towering cumulus clouds that build up high.
- Squall lines are now long, thick lines across their direction of travel – on the radar with an intense leading band and lighter trailing rain.

### Fixes
- Fixed parts of doors floating up and down: frosted-glass doors and windows no longer bob with the water waves, and doors/windows are no longer drawn twice while shaking in strong wind.
- Fixed flickering glass edges on doors and windows.
