Dynamic Trees - Tensura

Adds Dynamic Trees compatibility for the Tensura: Reincarnated mod, introducing a dynamically growing version of its Sakura tree. Includes integration with the Tensura-BYG compatibility patch to correctly spawn dynamic Sakura in BYG biomes when installed
