What's new

Added compatibility for Grounded.
Added compatibility for old Immersive weathering soils (1.18.2 only, and maybe 1.19.2)
Immersive Weathering and Grounded are now optional dependencies (they have the same soils, so the user can choose wich one he wants)
Compatible with mc1.18.2-1.19.2 and 1.20.1
