Dynamic Stealth

For all my fellow rogues, spies, ninjas, assassins, etc. Sneak up behind mobs or players (works against all client mods / most minimaps), use stealth attacks, etc.

Fixed an entity tracking error which only seemed to occur in edge cases (usually mod compat)
DS now works with all entities, not just living entities
Fixed a memory leak
Improved error handling
Fixed CNPCs looking at nearest entity when it's not visible to them
Fixed dead entities being able to have threat levels
Fixed dead entities being able to see
Fixed "hide corpse" CNPCs' corpses being visible
Greatly improved performance in the "send client data" profiling section
