Set all attributes to sync to client, so Tiamat Inventory and other mods can view them

Removed reload command, as it would likely not fully work at this point

Added creativeinvis command; sets whether or not you are invisible while in creative mode
/dstealth creativeinvis true
/dstealth creativeinvis false

Fixed a compat issue with Ice and Fire which caused mobs to glow when they shouldn't
