Fixed

-Fixed game crash when the min would be higher than the max in the config for dye pooping and the time
-Dye pooping is now based on age of the sheep and not an AI task anymore

-Config for the time between dye pooping
-WIP Item: Dye Brush (get it by doing /give player diy:dye_brush), lets you dye sheep of random RGB color

    WARNING: this is a WIP item, it might crash your game/server or behave weirdly.

    Please do report any issue you find with it.
-Add localization to config
