Fixed Flight Spell Crafting

Fixed PickBlock with Crystal Ore

Reworked All Blocks (repathing and registry name changes)

Started Making a new Machine(WIP but has some functionality in creative)

Started working on Crystal Tools (WIP Probably doesnt work yet)

Changed how Crystal Ore drops when being mined with miners from other mods

Some Enchantment rework

A new Enchantment for pedestal upgrades called "Range" replaces the confusing system for range before now.

Some Pedestal upgrade fixes.

IN GAME DOCUMENTATION (Finally)

Started working on some advancements to reward "Research Notes" when completing the advancement (WIP doesnt work yet)
