This license applies to the Duskwhisper Minecraft Mod and all of its source code, assets, binaries, documentation, and related files.

1. Permission to Use

You are permitted to:

• Download and use the mod for personal or commercial Minecraft gameplay.
• Include the original, unmodified version of the mod in public or private Minecraft modpacks.
• Share and redistribute the original, unmodified mod, provided that this license remains included.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Modify, edit, adapt, merge, reverse engineer for redistribution, decompile for redistribution, or create derivative works based on the mod or its source code.
• Redistribute modified versions of the mod.
• Publish forks of the source code.
• Redistribute extracted assets (textures, models, sounds, or other resources) separately from the original mod.
• Claim authorship or ownership of any part of this project.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, credits, or this license.
• Sell the mod by itself or include it in paid downloads.

3. Source Code

The source code is provided for viewing and educational purposes only unless explicit written permission is granted by the copyright holder.

Modification, publication, or redistribution of the source code or any modified version is strictly prohibited.

4. Attribution

VaradoX shall always remain the sole author and copyright holder of Duskwhisper.

Any redistribution of the original mod must clearly credit the original author and must not imply endorsement, ownership, or affiliation by any third party.

5. Modpacks

Permission is granted to include the original, unmodified version of Duskwhisper in both public and private Minecraft modpacks without requesting additional permission.

6. Videos and Content Creation

You are permitted to create videos, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, screenshots, and other content featuring Duskwhisper on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services.

Monetization of such content is permitted provided that the source code or modified versions of the mod are not distributed.

7. Redistribution

Redistribution of the original, unmodified mod on third-party websites is permitted only if a clear and visible link to the official Duskwhisper download page or official project page is included.

Redistributors must not present unofficial downloads as the official source of the mod.

8. Exceptions

Any exception to this license must be granted in writing by the copyright holder.

9. Disclaimer

This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

10. Reserved Rights

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by VaradoX.
