View vector is now decoupled from the block you're picking, so you look horizontally forwards at all times but you are actually targeting the block or entity your mouse is over. This respects normal vanilla line of sight and distance requirements, so no cheating is facilitated. If your mouse is over a block of interest or an entity, your head will still rotate towards it, for the sake of clarity as well as things such as bows and ranged weapons.
