Dungeon Mobs Reborn

Thoqquas are now immune to suffication and will not be killed by lava.

Thoqquas now take extra damage from water.

Outerthing sould no longer aggro on itself after accidently being damage through one of its own attacks (even indirectly).

Outerthing can now longer take damage directly from its own attacks.

Ghosts rendering is less bizarre (but still a bit wierd); they can be seen in front of tile entities and entites, but (tile) entities can't be seen through them.  This is much less jarring, not always noticeable.

Blade trap death message has been fixed.
