3.1.2

- Added two new commands, both of which should be executable by anyone:

- /ocarina clear - allows you to clear out completely (deleting all claims) your currently stored and tracked entities. It will require you to summon any entities that you have "saved" (from chunk unloads or death) first. It will then attempt to synchronise data to your ocarina's tooltip.

- /ocarina sync - attempts to synchronise the server-side data to the tooltip of your ocarina, if one is in your inventory or your off-hand.
