You need to put the ZIP file inside "<profile_path>/saves/<world_name>/datapack" where profile_path is the path to the folder where minecraft saves its files for that installation, and world_name is the name of your world (depending if your world name may be modified or may contain invalid characters for your OS, the name of the folder may slighty differ from ingame).

Ingame use the /datapack command to enable this datapack and the recipes for the emerald tools should show up.

Of course, this datapack requires atleast v1.3.2 of Duck Tools!
