DSWG Weapons Mod

Added:
- RPG-7 grenade launcher
- M-249 machine gun
- Projectile PG-7VL for RPG-7
- Machine gun box from M-249

Changed bullets (entities):
- Added bullet flight traces in the form of particles
- Greatly reduced bullet speed
- Under water and in lava, bullets fly a couple of blocks and immediately disappear

New game rule - allBulletsAreExplosiveDSWGWeapons (True/False) - all bullets become explosive

Projectile from RPG-7 has a 3D model
Changed some crafts.
Slightly reduced damage from AK-47 and M4A4.
Fixed propagation of sounds in space.
Improved Ammo Workbench.
Fixed some translation issues.
Many other small changes.
Mod optimized.
Bug fixes.

There are still bugs in the mod that are planned to be removed in future versions
