DropConfirm

This update replaces the config library with a built-in settings screen and adds a searchable item picker.

• The settings screen is now built into the mod, so YetAnotherConfigLib and UniLib are no longer required.
• Kotlin for Forge is no longer required either. The Kotlin runtime is bundled with the mod.
• The item list is edited with a searchable picker instead of typing item IDs.
• A new keybind (unbound by default) adds or removes the item you are holding as an exact item, so a specific named or enchanted item can be listed without affecting others of the same type.
• The confirmation popup now shows an item's custom name and colour.
