Drink Beer, By the Buckets

Updated mugs to have fluid handling, they can now be filled by any apparatus that fills items as a fluid handler. Create's Depot and spout are a perfect example.

Known issues:

Russian translation that user Heimdallr-1 previously submitted needs to be updated with new terms existing in this version.

Fluid handling is behaving such that the mug will accept ANY fluid, but it only functions when it has a beer in it, this may result in wasted or lost fluid.
