Added - Paxels (Multi-Tools)

Paxels combine pickaxe, axe, and shovel into one powerful tool!

Available Paxels:

• Stone Paxel
• Iron Paxel
• Bronze Paxel
• Golden Paxel
• Diamond Paxel
• Netherite Paxel

Features:

• Mines all block types (pickaxe, axe, shovel)
• Strips wood like an axe
• Creates dirt paths like a shovel
• Respects tool tiers (stone can't mine diamond)
• Fully enchantable and repairable
• Works in both main hand and offhand

Recipes:

• Stone/Gold/Diamond: Combine tools + sticks
• Iron: Combine tool heads + sticks
• Bronze: Combine bronze tools + sticks
• Netherite: Upgrade diamond paxel in smithing table

📝 Notes

• Netherite paxel follows vanilla upgrade mechanics (smithing table)
• All paxels show enchantments in JEI
• Tool tiers properly restrict high-tier blocks
