Fixed/Added:
- Added all 1.16+ Resources to their corrosponding biomes (Coral, Bees, Etc)
- Fixed super dark fog layer at RFVolvanoPlateau
- Replaced air with Stone beneath spawn structure (No mob mayhem anymore)
- Increased amount of ocean ruins
- Fixed a issue which causes dregora not to work on spigot
- Increased performance by converting all Bo4 to Bo4data ( Big structures load much faster now, spawn included )
- Fixed Cave Beach biome jagged water edge issue
- Lowered Cave Beach height, looks much better now
- Updated all biome id's for all biomes ( Virtual Biomes included in preperation for when I remove virtual biomes )
- Fixed jagged edges of some tropical islands
- Massively reduced sky flickering colors ( Now only happens when you get in a new region. E.G. Spooky biomes or Rainforest

Known issues:
- The big structure at spawn wont spawn using spigot with OTG version 0.1.5 but is fixed for 0.1.6 which should be released soon.
- Big patches of dry ocean is supposed to be random mode but currently does not work for 1.16.5. A fix is in the makings.
- The structure at spawn may randomly rotate from generation to generation offsetting the represented biomes within the structure. This issue is a bit harder to track down but also being worked on.
