Use Oh The Trees You Grow only version up to 1.3.4/5.0.3 !!! Latest versions have severe bugs, that still should be fixed! Please wait patiently until OTYG's authors fix them! I'll update the mod' requisites only when it is safe to use newer versions!

Dreamwoods Redux is a very reduced fork of Dreamwoods mod, that uses only vanilla blocks and doesn't add any new biomes. Biomes distribution is not affected too, for a better compatibility. The mod changes the appearance of the most vanilla biomes, enchancing them with bigger and more realistic trees and some other small vegetation and terrain features.

Dreamwoods Redux 1.20.1 is available for FORGE and FABRIC. Fabric version requires Fabric Api.

This project requires Oh The Trees You Grow 1.3.4. mod to work for 1.20.1 and Oh The Trees You Grow 5.0.3 for 1.21.1*.

This project is a spiritual successor to my Woodlands series and older mods. The style is much more vanilla-friendly this time and foliage is finally properly decaying! *

* Except for Palm and weeping willows, because their leaves placement still don't follow the vanilla rules

* Make sure that you have enough space for huge trees to grow from saplings! With coremod Oh The Trees You Grow version 1.3.4 or older trees break all blocks in their way! Very dangerous for the buildings!

Known issues and important info

Old Oh The Trees You Grow versions (<=1.3.4) bug with trees destroying other trees and structures on their way
Couple of trees would not have decaying leaves due to their structure, like palms, weeping willow or rooty bushes

Biomes Mods Compatibility:

Should be compatible with all mods made on Terrablender.

May be likely incompatible with mods, made on datapack-system, as they would conflict with Dreamwoods system in some way: overwrite, change or mess it, or simply stop one of them from working at all.

Should be pretty fine with non-biome mods.
