Fixes
- Fixed the picked audio track (language) not being remembered after rejoining, and videos now load directly on that track instead of switching to it right after starting
- Fixed no audio for players whose network setup can't reach the TLS (#209)
- Fixed videos failing to play entirely for players running an HTTP(S) proxy (#218)
- Fixed HUD elements (hotbar, health / hunger, chat, minimaps, ...) staying visible over fullscreen videos (#213)
