1.1.3b - Hotfix for custom races

Fixes custom (addon-added) races taking constant damage.

• Races added by other addons no longer take continuous damage on the ground. An unlisted race is now treated as Human by default: safe on planets, able to visit orbit on a breath timer, and unable to survive deep space. Previously such a race was harmed almost everywhere, including on the Overworld.
• Space temperature and vacuum hazards now apply only in orbit and deep space. The Overworld and other non-space dimensions are never affected.

Server admins can still give any race its own tolerances in the config. No other changes from 1.1.3.

Requires DragonMineZ 2.1.3+ on Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge).
