DMZ Flight Impact

DMZ Flight Impact is an addon for DragonMine Z that gives real weight to flight speed and power.

With Flight Impact, high-speed flight is no longer just a way to move around: your character can ram enemies, launch them away, break through terrain, and create massive impacts in the environment.

The mod is designed to make movement and combat feel much closer to what you would expect from a Dragon Ball-inspired experience, while staying connected to DragonMine Z progression.

Features

• High-Speed Terrain Destruction
  • Fly fast enough and you can break through stone, dirt, ice, and other terrain.
  • The destruction radius increases with your speed.
  • Blocks directly in front of the player are prioritized to reduce the chance of getting stuck inside mountains.
• DragonMine Z Scaling
  • Flight Impact uses DragonMine Z's own Battle Power system.
  • Terrain destruction is reserved for characters powerful enough to use it.
  • Transformations and Power Release naturally affect the system through DragonMine Z's own stats.
• Flight Impact Combat
  • Ram directly into mobs while flying.
  • High-speed collisions deal damage and launch enemies in your movement direction.
  • This combat mechanic is available even to lower-level characters: you do not need enough power to destroy terrain in order to use body rams.
• Impact Craters
  • Powerful impacts against the ground or terrain can create large craters.
  • Craters are intentionally larger than normal flight tunnels.
  • Heavy impacts can create a large impact zone while continuing to break terrain in the player's direction.
• DragonMine Z Utility Menu Integration
  • Flight Impact can be enabled or disabled directly through DragonMine Z's utility menu.
• Protection Against Accidental Destruction
  • Block Entities such as chests and machines are protected by default.
  • Specific blocks can be marked as completely indestructible.
  • Forge break events can be enabled for better compatibility with protection and claim systems.
• Performance Options
  • Performance-friendly terrain destruction can directly replace blocks with air.
  • Reduced particle usage compared to normal mass block breaking.
  • Configurable limits for blocks destroyed per tick.
  • The mod does not intentionally load distant chunks just to destroy terrain
