An axe tier above netherite which can give you haste at the cost of XP

Adds the dragon axe from Runescape into your game. It's a tier above netherite in terms of damage, durability and efficiency so requires late game materials. If you right click with 5 experience levels it converts them into 1 minute of haste 2.

You can create the trailblazer varient of the axe by combining it with any smithing template and a netherite ingot. It is ever so slightly better than the base axe but not by much.
