-Added genders!

The gender of an animal now affects how it breeds (unless the genders configs are turned off).

Please note that if an animal has already been loaded before adding this update, it will default to female.

Any newly-created animals should be able to spawn as either male or female.

-Added new horse emotes (Wave, Levade, Spanish Walk)

-Fixed a crash caused by Oxen

-Fixed some animation issues

-Added the ability to shear the chests off of mounts
