ADDED: message to spectator mode informing players they can use scroll wheel to increase their speed, allowing spectators to follow ODM fights more easily
FIXED: changed the "you have been marked by an enemy player's flare" message from an action bar overlay to a chat message, since it conflicts with flexborder
