Fixed
- The tracking tag (doxparthealth) is now granted only on a player's FIRST join.
It used to be re-added on every login, so removing it with
`/tag @s remove doxparthealth` was undone on the next reconnect. A persistent
grant marker (kept through death and respawn) now prevents re-granting.
- The part-health HUD now syncs regardless of the tag, fixing a broken display
after the tag was removed.
Note: players in existing worlds have no marker yet, so the tag is granted one
more time on their next join, and never again after that.
