Fixed: the camera stayed put while your body leaned. It now moves sideways by the
same amount the body does — leaning without the view following does not give you
the "peeking out from cover" feel at all.
Fixed: leaning against a wall pushed the camera through it. The peek now stops
short of the wall, with a 0.3 block margin — any closer and the near plane clips
and the screen goes black.
