- The grid-enable tag (doxfps_grid) is now granted only on a player's FIRST join.
It used to be re-added on every login, so disabling the backpack with
`/tag @s remove doxfps_grid` was undone on the next reconnect. A persistent
grant marker (kept through death and respawn) now prevents re-granting.
Note: players in existing worlds have no marker yet, so the tag is granted one
more time on their next join, and never again after that.
