1. Permission to Use

install, and use this Minecraft Mod for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may NOT:
a) Claim this Mod, its source code, assets, or any part of it as your own work.
b) Redistribute, reupload, mirror, or otherwise make this Mod available for
download on any website, platform, launcher, or service.
c) Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on
this Mod for distribution.
d) Include this Mod in public or private modpacks, provided that the Mod remains unmodified, proper credit is given to LostCPU, and no ownership of the Mod is claimed.
e) Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit this Mod.

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to this Mod, including but not
limited to source code, compiled binaries, assets, documentation, and
associated materials, remain the exclusive property of LostCPU.
4. Server Usage
Public and private Minecraft servers may use this Mod, provided that the
Mod files remain unmodified and are obtained from the official distribution
source.
5. No Warranty
This Mod is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages,
or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Mod or
the use of the Mod.
7. Termination
Any violation of this license automatically terminates the rights granted
under this license.
