As long as you keep your hands and your body clean, don't be afraid of the monsters!
Irony aside, you can make Hostile Mobs into Neutral Mobs just by not equipping anything visibly, like hands and body.
They had a bad memory, but still, just make sure to don't hit them, cause if you do........ RUN!
