Allows you to use lighting in snow without melting the snow. Also supports turning off ice block melting.

What's new
This ports to Minecraft 26.1, nothing fancy on the user side of things.
As always you can configure the mod via the config file nomeltsnowybuilds.toml, and you can use the QoMC mod to generate nomeltsnowybuilds_config commands to set the values server-side while the game is running.
