dont_look.jar is a psychological horror experience built for modern NeoForge Minecraft. It doesn’t add jumpscares. It doesn’t add monsters that chase you every night. Instead, it quietly rewrites the rules of your world — and waits for you to notice.
This mod introduces a seven‑stage escalation system that reacts to how long you survive, how you explore, and how you behave. Early on, you’ll hear distant footsteps, mining sounds, or doors opening behind you. Later, the world itself begins to deteriorate. Chunks vanish. Lights flicker. Strange players join your world. Messages appear in chat that you didn’t type.
And eventually, you’ll meet Solace — a companion who isn’t supposed to exist.
