Doll's Kitchen

This mod is a heavy WIP and the in-game cookbook isn't functional yet, here is the master list of recipes and mechanics.

🧸 The Basics

Name: Doll’s Kitchen (Formerly "Little Delicacy Cafe's")
Version: Forge 1.20.1
Dependency: Requires Geckolib for the custom doll animations!
Genre: Cooking/Baking, Cute Decor, and Pet Doll Mobs.

🍰 How To Play

1. The Dolls: Use the Doll Call Bell to spawn them. They are sentient little beings! Feed them any food from the mod to tame them. Right now, they sit around, look cute, and eat sweets to stay alive.
2. Cafe Merchant & Sugar Coins: Craft a Cafe Merchant Table in a village to spawn the custom Grocery Maid Cafe Merchant (she has a funny villager nose, don't stare too hard or she'll get offended!). Craft Sugar Coins to buy ingredients or Shipment Crates from her. Place the crates down and break them open for food loot!
3. The Recipe Rule: All food recipes are uniform! Once you learn a recipe layout, you just swap out the main flavor ingredient (like switching vanilla for chocolate or strawberry) to get that specific flavor theme.

Before you decorate and flavor your cakes, the mod requires you to create raw versions that must then be baked in a smoker, campfire, etc.

Cupcake: 3 Paper + 3 Flour + 2 Sugar + 1 Cracked Egg
Rollcake: 4 Flour + 2 Sugar + 1 Vanilla Frosting + 1 Milk + 1 Cracked Egg
Taiyaki: 1 Dough + 1 Creme + 1 Cracked Egg + 1 Anko Oobin
Donut: 4 Dough + 1 Sugar
Mochi Donut: 8 Dough + 1 Sugar
Jelly Donut: 6 Dough + 1 Sweet Berries + 2 Sugar

📝 Dev Facts & Lore:

The Lore: A mysterious cafe chain opens up, run by a "Nurse Doll" (my VTuber persona, CuteCareClinic!) who imports sweets. The dolls are there to help out or just look adorable eating sweets all day.
Dev Fact: I started the draft for this over 4 years ago when I was a total noob at Java. I've spent countless hours overhauling and reimagining it solo to bring it up to 2026 standards! The original sprites were by Fuwuyo (who has since retired, & sorry if I did not write the name correctly), and I did all the new flavor sprites, 3d models, block textures, & code myself.

It's still a heavy work-in-progress, so any feedback, comments, or bug reports from you or your viewers would be amazing.
