Fixed Bugs

Fragments gave too less when turning back to into the ingot – V3.0
Sapphire Fragment cannot be turned back into Sapphire - V4.0
Sturdier Netherite Hoe wasn’t like the Normal Netherite Hoe – V4.0
Sturdier Diamond Sword wasn’t like the Normal Diamond Sword – V4.0
Sturdier Diamond Pickaxe wasn’t like the Normal Diamond Pickaxe – V4.0
