Dodo update

- Added mangos and mango trees, spawn on forests and jungle
- Now you can still breed dodos with seeds, but to tame them you need mangoes
- Added dodo armor, You can craft with copper, gold and leather

- Right clicking on the dodo while you are sneaking causes the dodo to rest (stay still)

- You can now change the cooldown for a dodo to lay eggs using the Gamerule "dodoLayEggTime"
