What's new

Fixed typo in Crafter Manager description
Fixed Waystones mod descriptions not working

Added config option to log when each mod gets documented

Added/changed stuff for Quark 200 (before it's even released, gasp)

Improved description for Redstone Inductor, Grate, and Gravisand, now that we know what those actually are

Got rid of Quark Vanilla's per-item config, now it just checks to see quark's config if it's enabled or not
