made it so its server/client.
added a court system, so npcs go to court to watch the thugs/player get excuted.

added a excutioner,
added royal guards that will watch the player incase if he escapes.
fixed a few bugs,
npc's glare at the player instead of fighting.
npc's run after punching (it should only be cilivians but for so reason the judge was doing the same)
