CHANGELOG:
-Fixed bug regarding operators and players not being able to interact with block if admin was present.
-Circuit chase effects now appear only to the player being chased
-Moonglitch duplication fixed (i hope)
-New wonderland tweaks:
Leaving and typing in chat is now disabled while being in wonderland :)
Fixes to falsecalm2 overwriting wonderland background music!
