-Fixed passive mob spawning, passive mobs now despawn if you travel too far(except for tamed or bred animals), also the mob cap is now based on the player position,
so you will see more animals as you travel. Also a timed local cap was added for killed passive mobs.

-Changed the phantom's drop chances. Also the looting enchatment now affects the phantom's loot drop rate.
