Dispress is a open source discord rpc (rich presence) mod that adds nice looking rich presence to your minecraft instalation. Dispress displays the icon of the server you are in (if the server (if the server is trusted), along with the name of the server and player count.
Requires fabric api >0.37.0+1.17
