Disenchantment

This mod is as basic as it gets.  No new blocks, only new crafting recipes to remove enchantments from weapons, tools, and armor using emeralds.  

Known Bugs:

This is my first mod, so it's not perfect.

When removing enchantments from a damaged item, it appears to remove all damage from that item, but after removing the item from the crafting table, the damage will be added back.
