What's new

Add a surveyPingUserIds() provider seam: a bundling mod can have Discord Presence @-mention listed Discord users on every submitted feedback-survey answer (message content + a trusted allowed_mentions.users allow-list, so they're actually notified). Scoped to the real survey path only — other reusers of the survey-style report never ping. Default empty = no change for standalone DP.
