18 new Disc Fragments can be gathered through Creepers & Chests
All Music Discs have been replaced in Loot Tables with their respective Disc Fragments.
Distribution remains unchanged for where to find them, allowing datapacks like Disc Discovery & Re-disc-tribution to work with this mod.
