Restores the old "no cheats after world creation" rule by locking the pause-menu "Allow Cheats" toggle introduced in 26.2.

What's new
- Reworked the lock to mirror the vanilla difficulty lock: a lock button now sits next to the "Allow Cheats" toggle. Click it, confirm, and the toggle is permanently disabled for that world.
- Lock state is saved per-world (relaunch-safe).
- Hardcore and LAN screens are unaffected.
