1.14.4 Rewrite

Completely Rewrote the Mod for 1.14.4
There are options to enable converting Coarse Dirt, Dirt, Mycellium, Podzol to Path blocks.
You can also, Optionally, convert Farmland and Path blocks back to Dirt.

Certain Config settings are synced from the server. They are noted in the config.
