🧠 What It Does

DimToggle intercepts dimension travel events and checks if the player has permission to enter.

If authorized, they travel normally.
If not, the teleport is blocked or redirected back to spawn (based on config).

This makes it perfect for rank-based progression, world staging, or protecting special areas.
